ail that goes out and doesn’t mean it shipped but it was an acknowledgment of y’all receiving the order. I have ordered enough that I wasn’t going to tell her she was wrong. You guys say, “orders over $100 ship for free overnight.” That has not been my experience. I told UPS they lost my package and that was a lie because you guys never shipped it when you initially said. I ordered on a Sunday got to me on a Friday. Going to be honest, low quality, I can find that quality at most shops by me. Usually you guys have great flowers but the last two orders were below average compared to other strains in the same class I have ordered in the past. Selection you guys claim to have is not available or doesn’t exist. I understand it is not all strains all the time but again, misleading information about service and product and delivery. Highly disappointing. Probably not going to order again. I didn’t want to respond to the review email because it is negative feedback but when I received the second email asking for my opinion I thought maybe you want to know. I understand this isn’t private reserve but even for exotic below average and the smalls I ordered the time before was preroll material. I know High Hippy will be okay without me but I constantly wonder what happened? I have been a fan and bought well over a couple thousand dollars of your product from Bahama Mama and even those strains seem to have a diminishing quality. I understand nothing is perfect but if I flipped places with you, what would you say if that was your experience? Wish you all good luck, that is an honest review.
