Where we ship
We ship within the United States only to states and territories where hemp products are allowed under the federal definition of hemp.
Fast processing
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00 PM CST are typically shipped the same day via overnight service.
Returns made simple
Eligible orders may be replaced, refunded, or credited after review if the issue is reported within 5 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.

Friday orders
Orders placed on Friday may ship Friday or Monday, with expected delivery on Monday or Tuesday.
Weekend delivery
If weekend delivery is required, please request this when ordering.

UPS Next Day Air
Overnight delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM CST Monday to Thursday.
- Rate: $30.00 flat rate
- Typical timing: Next business day
UPS Next Day Air with Weekend Request
Overnight delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM CST on Friday when weekend delivery is requested.
- Rate: $60.00 flat rate
- Important: Weekend delivery must be requested at the time of ordering
Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and carriers may not deliver on weekends or postal holidays in all areas.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, seasonal volume, or other factors outside our control.
UPS Next Day Air
Typically delivered the next business day for orders placed before 1:00 PM CST.
Shipping Insurance, Packaging & Compliance
Shipping insurance
Shipping Insurance is included with every order by default unless you manually opt out at checkout. It helps protect your shipment against common in-transit risks such as damage, loss, or theft.
Discreet packaging
All orders are professionally and discreetly packaged. Parcels are unbranded, and no invoices or billing documents are included inside the box.
Compliance documents
Each shipment includes Certificate of Analysis for the specific lot sent via email.
Hemp Shipping Compliance
All High Hippy THCa products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Orders are shipped with appropriate compliance documents to support lawful interstate transportation.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with any state or local regulations that may apply to the receipt of hemp products in their jurisdiction.

If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please review the return guidelines below before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.
5-Day Inspection Period
Customers must inspect their order and report any issue within 5 calendar days of the shipping carrier's confirmed delivery date.
- Requests submitted after the 5-day inspection period are not eligible for return, replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Orders under $20 do not need to be returned if the request is approved.
- Orders over $20 may be returned using a prepaid label issued by High Hippy.
- All returns must be approved before they are shipped.
- Additional documentation, including photos, may be required.

Accepted Return Reasons
Return and replacement requests may be approved for the following issues when reported within the 5-day inspection period.
- Bugs in the product
- Mold present in the product
- Damaged product
- Missing product
- Material product quality issue
- Wrong strain received
- Wrong quantity received
Returns requested after the 5-day inspection period or for reasons outside this list may not be approved.
Orders Under $20 and Over $20
Orders Under $20
If your order total is under $20, you do not need to send the product back. If your request is submitted within the 5-day inspection period and approved, we will send a replacement or provide another approved resolution at no additional cost.
Orders Over $20
If your order total is over $20, High Hippy will issue a prepaid return shipping label for an approved return. Once the item is received and reviewed, we will issue the approved replacement, refund, or store credit.
Important Label Policy
We do not accept customer-provided return labels. For insurance, tracking, and compliance purposes, all return labels must be generated by High Hippy.

Let us know the box size you plan to use for the return shipment if a return is approved.
Receive your resolution
Once the approved return is received and reviewed, High Hippy will issue the approved replacement, refund, or store credit.

How long do I have to report an issue with my order?
You must contact High Hippy within 5 calendar days of the shipping carrier's confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after that inspection period are not eligible for return, replacement, refund, or store credit.
Do I need to return an item if my order was under $20?
No. Orders under $20 do not need to be returned. If your request is submitted within the 5-day inspection period and approved, we will send a replacement or provide another approved resolution at no additional cost.
Can I use my own shipping label for a return?
No. All return labels must be generated by High Hippy.
What information do I need before requesting a return?
Please provide the reason for the return. Photos of the product, packaging, label, and shipping box may also be required. If a return is approved, we may ask for the box size you plan to use for the return shipment.
What happens after High Hippy receives my approved return?
Once the item is received and reviewed, we will issue the approved replacement, refund, or store credit.
Are all return requests approved?
No. Returns are reviewed based on the accepted reasons listed in this policy, whether the request was submitted within the 5-day inspection period, and the documentation provided. Requests outside those terms may not be approved.
